You or your administrator have installed the Online Exchange Contact Synchronization App for Office 365. This cloud application securely downloads contact information from multiple tenants to consolidate and add these contacts to a specified tenant.
The following data is collected:
- First and last name
- email address
- Company Name
- Postal Code or Zip
- Country
- (optional) primary or mobile phone number
These are collected solely to synchronize these contacts with one or more other related Microsoft 365 Tenants and is stored only as long as is required to synchronize these contacts with other tenants in your division.
We prioritize the protection and privacy of all data handled within our service.
- Data Handling: The contact information is retrieved only as required by the app’s purpose and is managed in strict compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Data Storage: All downloaded contacts are temporarily held within our secured environment and are promptly added to the specified tenant. Data retention is minimized, and any intermediate data is deleted immediately after processing.
- Access Control: Access to tenant data is restricted to authorized personnel only, and all operations are logged to maintain transparency.
- User Control: Tenants have control over their contact data and can request modifications or deletion at any time, in line with applicable privacy laws.
